We want you to love your Manucurist products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, nail polishes and treatments must remain in their original sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
